Bwatiye Youths visit Vunobolki, Pledge Loyalty to PDP.

In a show of solidarity and political commitment, Bwatiye Youths from Adamawa Central Senatorial District have paid a courtesy visit to Chief Dr. Maurice Vunobolki, Dyapa Bwatiye, a prominent PDP stalwart in the state and respected traditional leader of the Bwatiye Chiefdom on Sunday 19th October 2025. The visit, held at his private residence in Yola, was marked by passionate speeches, renewed pledges of loyalty, and commendations for the Chief’s longstanding contributions to community development and party unity.
The delegation, comprising representatives from several communities across Fufore, Yola South, Girei and song LGAs, lauded Chief Maurice’s unwavering commitment to grassroots empowerment, social inclusion, and consistent advocacy for the principles of the People's Democratic Party (PDP).Speaking during the visit, Mr. Jediel Mbamso of Dulo community in Fufore applauded Chief Vunobolki for his accessible leadership style and philanthropic activities, particularly his support for the less privileged and for party loyalists at the grassroots level:“Chief Maurice Vunobolki is not just a leader; he is a father figure who has remained steadfast in promoting unity and inclusiveness. His presence is deeply felt in our communities. We are proud to have him as our voice within the PDP,” Jadiel stated.
Similarly, Dr. Pwano Jauro former President Bwatiye Youths Worldwide, from Furo, reaffirmed the commitment of Bwatiye youths to support all policies and programs of the PDP, from the ward level to the state. He described Chief Vunobolki as a "pillar of wisdom" whose guidance has helped stabilize party activities across boarders.
The third speaker, Mallam Aliyu Bello from Song, who also represented Yola south and Girei, expressed deep appreciation to the party leadership for the peaceful conduct of the recently concluded PDP Congress. He particularly commended the Executive Governor of Adamawa State, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, for his developmental strides and for fostering an inclusive political environment within the state. And asked Vunobolki to extend their appreciation and well-wishes to the governor.Chief Vunobolki, in his response, thanked the youths for their visit and reaffirmed his dedication to the unity and progress of the Bwatiye people, the PDP and Adamawa State. He urged the youth to continue to support government policies and programs and remain steadfast, disciplined, and actively involved in the political process of the PDP, emphasizing that the future of the party and the region lie in their hands. And promise to relay their goodwill message to the governor.
"The PDP remains the strongest vehicle for sustainable development in Adamawa State. I urge you all to be ambassadors of peace and progress. Let us continue to work together in unity, for the good of our people and for the success of our great party, supporting our Fresh Air government,” the Chief said.
The visit marks a significant boost for the PDP in Adamawa Central as the party intensifies its grassroots mobilization efforts ahead of upcoming political engagements in the state and the nation.
