The National Orientation Agency (NOA), Adamawa State Directorate, successfully convened a one-day town hall meeting, uniting women groups, youth leaders, religious figures, and security officials to address pressing state and national issues.

On Security: ASP Idris Ahmed Wadata, representing the State Commissioner of Police, called for a stronger police-community partnership. "Security is a shared responsibility," stated ASP Wadata. "We urge community leaders to be our eyes and ears by providing timely, credible information to prevent crime and sustain peace."
On Flood Mitigation: Mr. Johnson Maxwell of the Adamawa State Emergency Management Agency (ADSEMA) outlined practical steps for residents. "Beyond early warnings, we must act preemptively. Proper waste disposal, clearing water channels, and heeding relocation advisories are crucial to saving lives and protecting livelihoods," Maxwell advised.On National Ownership: The State Director of NOA, Mr. Richard Bala Dangari, emphasized the role of every citizen. "Government projects like the Nigerian Identity Management initiative are for our collective benefit. Our mandate is to ensure you are informed and empowered to take ownership of these programmes for national development," Mr. Dangari explained.
The forum featured a robust interactive session where participants voiced their concerns and contributed recommendations, particularly advocating for enhanced community policing and stronger disaster preparedness measures.In a unified resolution, attendees pledged to:
