NOA Adamawa to Partner with Governor’s Office on Key Development Areas

The National Orientation Agency (NOA) Adamawa State Directorate has agreed to collaborate with the Office of the Special Assistant to the Governor on Community Awareness and Engagement to develop a blueprint addressing three critical areas: Environmental Sustainability, Educational Reform, and Social Issues.
The partnership was formalized during a courtesy visit by the Governor’s Special Assistant, Mal. Abubakar Tasiu Mohammed, and his team to the NOA State Director, Mr. Richard Bala Dangari, and his management.Mal. Abubakar explained that the proposed framework aims to enhance inter-sectoral coordination, ensuring more inclusive and people-centered governance. He emphasized NOA’s crucial role in grassroots mobilization, public enlightenment, and value reorientation, noting that the agency’s input will help align strategies with community needs and cultural sensitivities.
In response, Mr. Dangari welcomed the initiative, reaffirming NOA’s commitment to supporting the state government’s efforts. He highlighted that the agency is already engaged in programs related to the three focus areas and expressed confidence that the collaboration—leveraging NOA’s expertise, staff capacity, and structure—will drive meaningful progress in Adamawa State.Hicia, News
