State Director Urges Staff Renewed Commitment at NOA Adamawa Meeting

The National Orientation Agency (NOA), Adamawa State Directorate, held a pivotal staff meeting on 19th June 2025, where State Director Mr. Richard Bala Dangari called for heightened dedication to the agency’s mission. 

Addressing staff at the Directorate’s headquarters, Mr. Dangari emphasized that diligence, discipline, and professionalism are non-negotiable pillars for achieving NOA’s mandate.  

“Our duty transcends routine tasks,” stated Mr. Dangari. “As NOA staff, we embody the face of public enlightenment and civic responsibility. I urge every one of you to approach your roles with renewed passion and unwavering commitment.”  

The Director underscored the critical role each staff member plays in advancing NOA’s vision, stressing the need to uphold integrity, accountability, and service to the nation.  

The meeting featured a comprehensive review of operations, including:  

1.  Performance & Accountability:

    -   A review of recent departmental achievements.  

    -   Reinforcement of punctuality and dedication across all units.  

2.  Operational Priorities:  

    -   Development of strategies to enhance service delivery.  

    -   Emphasis on teamwork and collaborative problem-solving.  

3.  Community Engagement: 

    -   Plans for expanded community outreach and sensitization programs across Adamawa State.  

The Directorate resolved to address identified challenges through structured action plans, ensuring alignment with NOA’s national objectives. Staff departed with a unified focus on driving civic education and national values across Adamawa communities.
