APC denies granting automatic tickets to N’Assembly members

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has denied widespread reports that it has granted automatic tickets to all current members of the National Assembly, calling the information “fake news.” 

In a statement released on Tuesday by the party's National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the APC urged party members and the public to disregard what it described as a “purported Breaking News Report” that was falsely attributed to the party. 

“The report is fake news and should be dismissed in its entirety, as it did not come from our great party,” Morka stated. He also warned that the viral claim has a “mischievous origin” and is intended to mislead the public and disrupt internal party processes.

This clarification comes amid growing speculation regarding the party’s nomination strategies ahead of the next election cycle. Morka emphasized that official party decisions would be communicated through verified channels.
