NOA Adamawa State Directorate Honors Former State Director with Courtesy Visit

 

Yola, Adamawa State- May 8, 2025

In a touching tribute to his legacy, the National Orientation Agency (NOA) Adamawa State Directorate paid a courtesy visit to its former State Director, Mr. Joshua T. Habu, at his residence in Jimeta-Yola.  

Led by the current State Director, Mr. Richard Bala Dangari, the delegation expressed deep appreciation for Mr. Habu’s exemplary leadership and the dedication of the agency’s staff during his tenure, which significantly advanced NOA’s mission in the state.  

Such gestures remain uncommon in public service, where ties with retired leaders often fade. Visibly moved, Mr. Habu described the visit as a rare and heartwarming act of kindness. He commended the agency’s management for the thoughtful gesture and urged NOA to remain steadfast in its advocacy and public enlightenment efforts.  

“NOA is a vital tool for mass awareness and national transformation. Driving positive change in Nigeria remains a key mandate the agency must uphold,” he emphasized.  

The visit underscores NOA’s commitment to maintaining strong bonds with its former leaders, recognizing their invaluable contributions to national development.
