Courtesy Visit to NOA Adamawa: Exploring Collaborative Opportunities

Yola, Adamawa State- May 15, 2025

A delegation from the Management Advisory Committee (MAC) and the State Coordinating Committee (SCC) of the Emergency Preparedness and Response Team visited the National Orientation Agency (NOA) Adamawa State Directorate to discuss potential partnership opportunities. The engagement aimed to strengthen ties, encourage dialogue, and identify areas of mutual cooperation.  

Key Highlights:

- The visit served as an introductory platform for MAC members, offering insights into their objectives and activities.  

- Discussions focused on joint awareness campaigns and initiatives that align with shared interests.  

- Both parties expressed strong interest in collaboration, with further steps to be outlined in subsequent engagements.  

The NOA State Director, Mr. Richard Bala Dangari, affirmed the Agency’s commitment to fostering a productive partnership, noting key areas of potential collaboration.  

In a separate engagement, Brightnest Realty Ltd, a real estate management firm, also visited the Agency. The CEO, Mr. Zamdai Peter Umaru, emphasized the company’s role in mitigating housing shortages through strategic interventions.  

- Affordable Housing Initiatives: Partnering with developers to deliver cost-effective housing solutions using innovative designs and materials.  

- Tailored Housing Finance: Collaborating with financial institutions to create flexible mortgage plans catering to civil servants and low-income earners.  

Additionally, representatives from Leadway Assurance Company earlier visited the NOA to educate staff on retirement benefits and insurance policies. The State Director assured them of the Agency’s willingness to collaborate for the welfare of its personnel.
