Governor Fintiri Appoints Emir Of Fufore Sani Ribadu Amirul Hajj

 

Yola, Adamawa State- April 7, 2025

Adamawa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has appointed the Emir of Fufore, Alhaji Muhammadu Sani Ribadu, as the Amirul-Hajj and leader of the government delegation for the 2025 Hajj exercise to Saudi Arabia. This was contained in a statement released by Humwashi Wonosikou, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor 

According to the statement, the appointment is based on Ribadu's hard work, experience, and commitment to religious matters in the state.

Other members of the delegation include:

1. Alhaji Muhammad Buba Jidjiwa

2. Barr. A T Shehu

3. Alhaji Ibrahim Abba

4. Alhaji Abubakar Murtala

5. Alhaji Mohammed Dabo (Secretary)

Governor Fintiri charged the committee to be dedicated to their assignment, ensuring a hitch-free 2025 Hajj operation. 

He also tasked the delegation to collaborate with relevant agencies for a successful operation.
