Following the declaration of restrictions on motorcycle movement by the state government in Viniklang, Federal Housing Estate, Ngurore, Mbaba, Wauru Jabbe, and Yolde Pate communities in Girei, Yola North, and Yola South local government areas.

The Adamawa State Police Command has observed violations of government order regarding the operation of motorcycles in those areas and even within Metropolitan. People have been seen filtering within these areas with motorcycles disguising as chargeable bicycles.
