Emnamu Foundation Donates SUV to Yola Catholic JDPC in Support of Humanitarian Efforts

In a significant gesture of solidarity and support for humanitarian causes, the Emnamu Foundation has donated a brand-new Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) to the Justice Development and Peace Commission (JDPC) of the Yola Catholic Diocese. The donation aims to bolster the diocese’s efforts in serving vulnerable communities, particularly those affected by the Boko Haram insurgency and other challenges in the region.

The official handover ceremony took place earlier today, with Comrade Chakuyada Godwin, a key coordinator of the Emnamu Foundation, representing its president, Dr. Emmanuel N. Musa. Godwin presented the car keys to Most Rev. Bishop Stephen Dami Mamza, the Bishop of Yola Catholic Diocese, in a ceremony marked by gratitude and mutual appreciation.

In his remarks, Godwin highlighted the foundation’s admiration for Bishop Mamza’s unwavering commitment to humanitarian work. “Bishop M

amza, you have been a beacon of hope for countless displaced individuals since 2014. Your selfless service to humanity inspired the formation of the Emnamu Foundation, as our president seeks to emulate your exceptional humanitarian strides,” he said.

Godwin emphasized the foundation’s belief in collective responsibility, stating, “An injury to one is an injury to all. It is imperative that we cultivate empathy for those facing severe challenges. This SUV is a token of our unwavering support, and we hope it aids in reaching more people in need.”

Bishop Mamza expressed profound gratitude for the donation, describing it as a symbol of encouragement and solidarity. “This extraordinary gift is not just a vehicle; it is a testament to the Emnamu Foundation’s commitment to humanity. Dr. Emmanuel Musa’s selflessness and dedication are truly commendable,” he said.

The bishop also praised Dr. Musa’s inclusive approach to philanthropy, noting his support for individuals regardless of religion, ethnicity, or cultural background. “He does not discriminate; he sees all human beings as equals. I pray for his continued success and encourage him to persevere in his humanitarian endeavors,” Bishop Mamza added.

The SUV is expected to enhance the diocese’s outreach efforts, particularly in remote and underserved areas. “This vehicle will enable us to reach more people in need, transforming countless lives in the process. May God continue to bless Dr. Emmanuel Musa and multiply his resources abundantly,” the bishop concluded.

The Emnamu Foundation, established by Dr. Emmanuel N. Musa, continues to make significant strides in humanitarian work, earning recognition for its impactful initiatives. This latest donation reaffirms its commitment to alleviating suffering and empowering vulnerable communities.
